"First Aid" For You To Stop Panic Attacks Quickly
Free Report Reveals How You May Stop Panic Attacks Now
Hi, my name is Sharon, and I hope my story will help you if you suffer from panic attacks and get a pit in your stomach when you have to go out or even talk with clerks in a store.
I am a well-known writer, and I have had panic attacks and anxiety in the past that completely wore me down. In the course of my problems, I was able to fix things for myself and now I show others how I did it.
Some things I discovered:
There is a chemical component to panic attacks and anxiety. It is something that happens in your brain, so it is NOT YOUR FAULT.
Don't listen to people who tell you to snap out of it or, worse yet, question you like, "Why are you afraid of going outside? or "Why are you like this?"
Drugs can be helpful, and they did help me. But, long-term talk therapy is of limited use. There are only a few therapy approaches that actually work in the long run. One important one is cognitive behavioral therapy or CBT. That is what worked the best for me.
But, there are times when you are feeling very anxious or panicky and I have found a technique that works for many people. I want to give you this priceless technique RIGHT NOW. All I ask for you to do is join my members-only email list. I will then email you tips and techniques (never spam).
Can you please give me your email and first name? I will then give you this free report instantly on "First Aid" about how to stop panic attacks in their tracks. Also works if you are anxious like lying awake at night and can't sleep.
Thank you.

Hi, I have suffered for years with panic disorder and it's getting to where I don't leave my home unless I have a Doctor appt, and I always have my husband take me, I no longer drive. I feel constant a fear of having an attack I am 63 yrs old and been this way most of my life, I have seen Doctors but they give me pills which doesn't really help, that fear of losing control is always there.
I have rapid heartbeat , sweat, dizziness, feel I will faint, shaky in the mornings and during the day, sometimes wish I were dead so I don't have to live like this anymore, I try to hide my feelings from family,(I don't want them to think I'm crazy. I hate living this way, I avoid any kind of social activities, I have no friends because I avoid social gatherings, I feel totally alone in my own misery most of the time, if you have some suggestions on how to cope with these feelings I would really love to hear about them.
Very sincerely, jean
Hi Jean, very glad you found us. The system we promote has been clinically tested for many folks, and it comes from licensed and qualified clinical people who have the training and credentials. There are many people who feel like you–you are definitely not alone! Cognitive behavior therapy, or CBT, provides a step-by-step way for people with social anxiety to feel better. I followed this process, too, when I was ill. It's starting with the easier activities, meeting one friend for coffee, and eventually working up to the large social gatherings, which are so difficult. I'm with you!
All my best,
–Sharon
